Call me crazy, but I like where our Defence is. Sakic has said he wants to add depth D, who doesn't though? Moving forward, if some of the other guys take a leap forward this off season, we will have a plethora of young, nhl ready D. Biggest concern is Beauch because he is one of our top guys, and isn't getting any younger.

PK is just so good. I would trade Duchene for him in a heart beat (and I love Dutch).

I have to agree, plus we drafted Dutchy and Barrie, so it would be nothing short of spectacular to see them succeed on our team!

I still want Drouin, either this year or next..

To me it is glaringly obvious, we need much more depth. Other than Rantanen as a callup, we have no depth options. We are just lucky that we have not had any injuries in our top 9. If we did it would be brutal

I'm curious to see how some of our chl players do next year in sanantio. Some good looking players coming from there will start to see prospect depth. I do want to see some more drafties make the club though. 3 so far from the sakic/Roy Era. Mackinnon, brigas, *Rantanen (he's there if not this year next)

No but PK is probably one of the Top 5 best dmen in the league, Barrie is good, Duchene is good but they are not at the impact level of PK.

You have to overpay for PK, if he really is on the market. Mtl wouldnt be shipping him out for rebuild pieces. Thats how I see it, if you really want him, have to blow them away

I would never want to give away those players, but at a chance to get PK and arguably one of the biggest stars in the league. Cant be conservative
